Garda Colli Mantovani DOC Chiaretto

This wine is made from the blend of four red grapes: Merlot, Rondinella, Rossanella ans Sangiovese.
The typical rosé colour is obtained leaving the flower must on the grape skins for one night, followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature (17-18°C). This gives elegant and fine aromas, floral and slightly fruity.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Pairing: a young wine, ideal in summer. It is perfect with appetizers or with fish and crustaceans courses, but it combines very well also to pastas, risotto and white meat.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Garda Colli Mantovani DOC Rosso del Forte

This wine is made from four varieties of red grapes: Merlot, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, cultivated on the very characteristic terroir of the Garda morainic hills, in the department of Mantova. The particular terroir, combined with this unique blend of international and autochthonous grape varieties, gives a ruby-red colour, a fragrant and complex bouquet, both fruity and floral and a full bodied, intense flavour.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Pairing: white and red meat, salami, pasta.
Serving temperature:14-16°C

Garda DOC Merlot

This wine is obtained from 100% selected Merlot grapes, cultivated in our vineyards on the Mantova's morainic hills, a few km south from Garda lake. Ruby red colour, intense red fruits aromas (cherry and raspberry). Full bodied.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Pairing: it pairs well with our typical salami, risotto mantovano, white and red meat.
Serving temperature:16-18°C

Garda DOC Cabernet

This wine is obtained from 100% selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated in pebbly and calcareous vineyards and trained with the spurred cordon. The colour is a deep ruby red, revealing a full-bodied, intense wine. Hints of red fruits and jam are easily recognizable in the aroma, enriched by a light herbal note given by the tannins. It is dry, sapid and well balanced.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Pairing: it gives its best with pasta with meat sauce, salami, red meat, but also with seasoned cheese.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C vol.
