Le Falme

This dry wine is obtained from Moscato Giallo grapes, selected manually with a late harvest. The fermentation process at low temperature emphasizes the aromatic components creating a wine characterized by a fragrant bouquet and a delicate flavour.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Ideal combined with: aperitif, spargels, pumpkin tortellini, pasta with aromatic herbs and mature cheese.

  • Flavour: dry, and warm. A very intense, deep and full-bodied wine with hints of spices and aromatic herbs.
  • Aroma: powerful and pervading, with an intense aromatic persistence. The particular features of the Moscato grapes and the oak-ageing bring a full and complex bouquet, reminiscent of jasmin flowers and blossoms.
  • Best served at: 12-14°C.


This great white wine is obtained from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes.
The selection of the time of harvesting the grapes, the particular technique of pressing the whole grape, and the fermentation process are all important factors that contribute to give this wine the rich bouquet which is characteristic to the variety.
Six months aging in barriques mellows the flavours and causes the bouquet to evolve from a perfume reminiscent of exotic fruits to that of vanilla and honey.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Pairing: fantastic with seafish, saumon above all, with smoked meat and mature cheese.

  • Colour: intense, bright yellow with golden reflexes.
  • Aroma: very interesting and captivating, with hints of exotic fruits, pineapple and banana.
  • Flavour: armonic, elegant and very round. It has an excelent structure that allows it a very long life.
  • Best served at: 14-16°C.

Rosso Saline

This wine is made from scrupulously selected Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes that are cultivated in a well-defined area called "Campo Saline", from where the wine gets its name.
The lean production of grapes and the care taken in the wine-making process ensure a full-bodied, red-garnet coloured, savoury and rounded flavoured wine, with an intense bouquet of wild berries.
For a full year it is stored in wooden casks to allow it to evolve and mature completely.

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Pairing: it combines well with red meat in general, but it gives its best with roasts, game and seasoned cheese.

  • Vineyard and training system: the wine takes the name of the field “Saline”, with vines more than 40 years old grown on pebbly ground and trained with spurred cordon.

  • Ageing: in Slavonia tonneau for 12 months.
  • Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
  • Colour: charged ruby red.
  • Aroma: intense and captivating with a long persistence. A little spicy, it has a very rich bouquet reminding wild berries.
  • Flavour: dry, full-bodied and well structured.
  • Best served at: 18°C.

Vigna Magrini

A deep colour, a pervading and rich bouquet, a long persistence and an important and well-balanced structure. Realized only in the best vintages from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine represents the true pride of Cesare and Franco Gozzi.

The grapes are selected in one of the eldest vineyard in the farm: vigna Magrini, which, thanks to the rocky and calcareous ground and to the optimal exposure, produces in very little quantities, with great quality results. 

Alcohol content: 15% vol.

Pairing: It matches well to all red meat, but it gives its best with mature cheese and game.

  • Aroma: a fantastic bouquet, pervading and powerful with a long persistence. It reminds of dark fruits, blackberries in particular, and vanilla.
  • Flavour: full-bodied, very round, smooth, a little spicy. Perfectly balanced.
  • Best served at: 18-20°C.
