Garda Colli Mantovani DOC Bianco Terre di Olfino

This white wine is made from the blend of Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Chardonnay and Riesling Italico.
Dry, fresh, with a rich and floral bouquet, it represents the typical Garda Colli Mantovani DOC Bianco, being able to harmonize the particular features of the autochthonous varieties Garganega and Trebbiano, with the richness of Chardonnay and Riesling.
Ideal pairings: light dishes, pastas with pesto, fish, shellfish, fresh cheese and our typical bread gnocchi "capunsei". Perfect as an aperitif.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Garda DOC Chardonnay

This wine is obtained from the flower must of selected Chardonnay grapes.
Cultivated on a clayish soil, in modern vineyards, the grapes evolve in a well structured wine, with nice and elegant aromas and a bright yellow colour.
It is bottled, after a few months in stainless steel tanks, thus keeping the freshness and the typical fruity and floral aromas.

Ideal pairings: white meat, fish, fresh cheese.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Garda Frizzante

This wine is made from a selection of Chardonnay grapes. It is subjected to a second fermentation process in hermetically sealed containers for about 60 days that gives it its sparkling character and elegant intense bouquet. Due to its riundness and harmony can be enjoyed at anytime during the day. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Pairing: perfect as aperitif or with starters. It combines very well also to fish, shellfish and pizza.
