Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Gozzi
Spumante Millesimato obtained from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
The manual harvest, the care in all operations and the immediate pressing allow us to maintain all of the flavours and aromas these varieties and the terroir can give.
Following the Metodo Classico, the "base" wine makes a second fermentation in bottle, where it stays over yeasts for minimum 50 months.
The final product is an extremely pleasant spumante that can be tasted as an aperitif, paired with seafish, shellfish and red meat. Perfect in any special moment of the day.
