Garda Colli Mantovani Chiaretto

This wine is made from a careful mixture of red grapes (Merlot, Rondinella, Rossanella ans San Giovese. It has a fresh and intense bouquet and is rosé in colour. It is obtained through a fermentation process at a controlled temperature after a short period of contact between the "flower must" with the grape skins. It should be consumed preferably within the year of production.
Degré alcoolique: 12% vol. Pairing: a young wine, ideal in summer. It is perfect with appetizers or with fish dishes and crustaceans, but it combines very well also to pastas, risotto and white meat.

Garda Colli Mantovani Rubino "Vigne del Forte"

This wine is made from four varieties of red grapes (Merlot, Rondinella, Rossanella and San Giovese). A ruby-red coloured wine, it is characterized by a fragrant bouquet and intense flavour.

Garda Merlot

This wine, of a beautiful deep ruby-red colour is made from selected Merlot grapes cultivated on the Morenic Hills south of Lake Garda.
Important to its success is choosing the correct time for harvesting the grapes and the particular care given in the wine-making process.
These factors contribute to give the wine the strong and fragrant typical Merlot bouquet.

Garda Cabernet

This wine is made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The lean production and the fact that the grapes are gathered only when they are completely ripe make this wine full-bodied, of ruby-garnet colour, and give it the typical Cabernet bouquet. It is savoury, intense and persistent in every aspect.

Pairing: it gives his best combined with red meat or salami, but also with mature cheese.
